Tim has spent most of his successful career building and running large sales organizations for mid-sized to Fortune 500 companies. He has personally developed 100s of leaders and leads a team of over 700 sales reps, producing 100-200 million per year in tech sales. Tim specializes in cultivating an amazing work environment and culture as well as finding and developing leaders. Throughout his sales career Tim has won numerous national awards including the nationally recognized Gold Stevie Award for Sales Director of the Year in the United States.
